RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) POLICY
Whenever you need to return product(s) to Etrovision for any reason, you must first obtain an RMA number by the following steps
Step 1. Contact Etrovision Customer Service representative to obtain an RMA form, or, click here to download RMA.
Step 2. Fill the RMA form and email it to etrocs@etrovision.com.
Please note that

A return delivery without Etrovision RMA number will not be processed |

The product(s) have to be covered by effective warranty |
 |
Product(s) that has been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification cannot be accepted |
Upon Etrovision's acceptance and approval, you will promptly receive an email notification with an RMA number and return instructions. Then the sender must bear the one-way shipping costs and the goods must be sent to the following address

Please also note that

You have to ship the defective product(s) to Etrovision within 15 days from issuance of the RMA number |

The printout of completed RMA form must be accompanied with the returned goods |

The Etrovision RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product(s) to Etrovision without the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened |

The fault report section in the RMA form describing the exact problem of Etrovision product(s) should be completed |
Subject to product availability, refurbished product will be shipped within 5 business days following receipt of the defective product(s). The requester will be notified if processing is expected to exceed 5 business days.
Warranty
Etrovision Technology offers limited one (1) year warranty to most of our hardware products. The period of warranty will be effective from date of delivery. During this period, Etrovision Technology will repair or replace components of the product without charge. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by abuse, accident, misuse, negligence, repair, disaster, modification, improper installation or testing.
